Psychotherapy aims to increase an individual’s sense of their own well-being. Psychotherapists employ a range of techniques based on relationship building, communication, emotional understanding, life education and healing past hurts. Then behavior change occurs and the individual’s mental health and relationships improve and flourish.
This is an exciting and sometimes painful process. In counselling we work together, bringing about the growth you want in your life.
